"I haven’t been here for a long time and am glad they renovated. Place looked polished and roomy. There were more seating areas and open spaces."

"This is supposed to be a review of the RCBC Bank, but people are rating the building itself instead. So let me add to that.
Do not let the reviewers fool you. This building may be nice and LEED approved, but the infrastructure of the roads and the sidewalk are dismal at best.
Just walk towards The Rise and Air Residences, and one is left to wonder, "What the heck happened?"
Crossing the streets in the Philippines is never a straight path, and this one is no exception. It's even worse for the handicapped. I pity them.
They keep building nice buildings in Metro Manila, but the roads and sidewalks: Oh my God, they are just in terrible shape. The sidewalk to building ratio is not there. You have a high rise that costs hundreds of millions of US dollars to build coupled to a $20 three foot wide sidewalk that's been patched up and stops suddenly to nowhere.
That's the Philippines for you. There are no standards. Makati can never be the city that it can potentially be when the sidewalks are this bad for pedestrians and cars/motorcycles run you over without a care in the world.
Don't even get me started with the spaghetti wires that are a hazard to everyone."

"Nice, cozy coffee place. A little pricey though pastries are usually pretty good."
