"Most of the road networks within the Azuela Cove complex are almost complete that you can completely go around the whole property with ease.
With well-lighted streets and proper street signages and markers, runner, joggers and visitors are able to maximize the use of the sidewalk for running, jogging and walks especially during the night.
This complex is a mix of residential neighborhood, and commercial and retails shops. Currently, the commercial area closest to the entrance road houses Ramenikko North Japanese Restaurant, Dulce Vita Cakes, Yellow Cab Pizza Co., Pilates Plus Azuela, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Ayala Land Premier Showroom, GMall Supermarket and Grocery and Robata Japanese Restaurant.
The neighborhood closest to the Seaside Promenade is Ayala Land Premier’s The Residences, a two-tower, low-density, all-suite housing development where all units face seaward. Total number of units is 177, 70 of which are located at the North Tower while 77 units are at the South Tower.
A newly opened stand-alone building close to the main rotunda is Bank of the Philippine Islands’ Premier Phygital branch that is open on weekdays from 9am to 4.30pm.
There are still plenty of developments that yet to be completed within the seaside development and the latest of this is Azuela High Street, which will soon house a variety of shopping and dining establishments."

"Please have a meeting with all your tenants. Went yesterday, sept 28th, 7pm-ish. You & all tenants/merchants should expect influx. Heavy foot traffic on weekends should be expected already. Restos & cafés need to augment manning on these days. Add a few tables outside. Set 'wave' batches, 1st wave can dine for 1.5hrs starting 6pm, 2nd wave follows. Etc. Went to a resto to have dinner, there was almost nothing left available to order at 7:30pm. Our order came 8:57pm. Restos don't have the proper operational procedure when they have a line waiting. You are so hyped on socmed naming yourself as 'high street', please live up to it. Don't ruin our city's tourism just because your restos can't swim through peak hours."
