Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Osmeña Peak for its breathtaking panoramic views and beginner-friendly hike, making it a highly recommended destination in Cebu. Many highlight the magical sunsets and the unique experience of stargazing when camping overnight. While the journey can be long, the rewarding scenery and affordable costs make it a worthwhile adventure for most.
"The main difficulty in getting to the site was the road. We rented a motorbike at the hotel and the journey took about an hour. It should be taken into account that the signage is not very clear, so you have to follow the instructions of the navigation on the phone. Once we arrived, we parked near the entrance, you have to pay for parking (20 pesos per motorbike) and for the guide (100 pesos per person). The climb itself is difficult but short, about 15-20 minutes for those who are fit. The view from the top is impressive and the guide will be happy to take pictures of you and will even give you tips for a good picture. After 20 minutes, we exhausted the attraction and got back on the motorbike. Overall, it was a very long ride for this short moment. If anything, the road was very beautiful and relatively comfortable without many cars."

"I hiked Osmeña Peak in the afternoon and caught the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. The sky turned into a painting of orange, pink, and purple over the iconic jagged peaks—absolutely magical. It was peaceful, not too crowded, and the cool mountain air made the experience even better.
We camped overnight, and it was such a calming experience. The night sky was full of stars, and the quiet up there felt like a reset from city life. If you're into sunsets and stargazing, staying overnight is totally worth it!
Highly recommended for a quick escape with unforgettable views."
