"The place doesn't offer an entrance fee.
But if you have the ticket/receipt of environmental fee that cost 40 pesos from different local tourist spots offer by the province you can access this site.
You can also pay for it in case that this was your first location for tour. The said environmental fee can be used and access for 4 days on different local tourist spots. Just show it from the local tour officer located on local tourist stations.
It allows you to view the vast open sea and landscape offered by the province."

"Cape Bolinao Lighthouse is such a breathtaking and peaceful place. Standing there with the sea breeze on your face and the endless ocean in front of you feels magical and calming. The view is truly beautiful — perfect for photos and quiet moments of reflection. It’s a must-visit spot in Bolinao that leaves you with unforgettable memories."

"This lighthouse has always been so majestic for me as this is the first lighthouse I have ever seen. This was the second time I have visited this place for almost 20 years. It's good that they have maintained the place and also added designated parking spaces as more tourists have been coming by but the view of the sea is still worth it.
Multiple souvenir shops are also located near the parking lot and also stores to buy refreshments. Unlike before, an environmental fee has also been added which only costs 40 pesos but can also be used to visit Bolinao falls and Patar beach which is valid for four days"
