"We booked a standard room and it has all the basic things that we need. Although it would be nicer if there is a luggage rack, we had to just place our luggage on the floor. Toilets are well appointed and huge, it has a shower area and a bathtub.
Las Casas is huge, upon check-in the staff will hand you a huge map and will show where to book tours, where the shows will be and the walking tours. There’s a lot of activities to book, from ATVs to Balsa tour. There’s also a free shuttle around the resort (jeepney) and you can hail it anytime. They also have a dedicated viber number that can answer all the queries for the check-in guests.
Breakfast has a good spread, although it gets very busy on a Sunday and they run out of food and may take awhile. We also tried the food from Ihaw-Ihaw and Cusina and the food was really good. It was all just basic Filipino dishes but everything was delicious."

However, for day visitors (especially those who traveled far), we need more easy places to rest and cool down at midday. Family rooms would help families with seniors and young children manage breaks and naps during lunch time.
The beach area needs better facilities. We need cottages (shade) for day tours. Also, the shower setup was too basic—just a hose. Decent, clean showers and restrooms are necessary after swimming.
Finding a toilet or bathroom across the whole area was hard for day visitors. They need to put more easy-to-see and well-kept restrooms everywhere for guest convenience.
Also, having small shops around to buy drinks and snacks quickly would greatly help beat the heat while walking.
Overall, it was a great trip and a must-see place. We hope these comfort issues are fixed when we return."

"If you are a Philippine history buff, this place is for you. It's like Europe, Filipino style. Very pretty structures, even the rooms they try to recreate the old style rooms. Very spacious. Each room has two queen size bed. LCFA is still a work in progress, with more heritage houses being negotiated for relocation from original place to the Last Casas grounds.
One thing though. Heels won't work here. The roads are lined in cobblestones similar to Intramurous."
