"Our experience here for our company Team Building was a nightmare! Never again!
The staff/admin were nowhere to be found on day 1 to assist us with the rooms, housekeeping, aircon, etc. The restrooms are dirty and not well maintained. Air conditioners in the rooms were only available at 6:00 PM and are also automatically shut off at 6:00 AM the following day. The electric supply in rooms and in the function hall was too low that the caterer couldn’t serve coffee or boil water on time for our breakfast, and we couldn’t even charge our phones.
The catering staff were not professional - we paid for 120 pax, but the food was not enough all throughout our overnight event. In every meal service, there were members of our team who were unable to eat due to shortage of portions or late delivery of the food.
The owner’s assigned staff onsite were not available to assist us. So, all concerns were directed to the owner who could only be reached through phone and took forever to reply.
The only good thing about this place is their water activities. Other than that, the place is horrible (roads going to the function hall and rooms are muddy, steep and not paved!)
If you want a great experience for your teams, stay away from Phillip’s Sanctuary!"
