El antiguo camposanto de San Teodoro ubicado en el centro de Piura, luce renovado , le han dado una buena mano de pintura y lo que era la capilla ha sido convertida en un Velatorio, ese cambio ha mejorado notablemente el aspecto de este tradicional Cementerio.
A la par de la pintura se están preocupando por mantenerlo limpio y con un buen servicio de escaleras para la limpieza de las lápidas y colocación de flores, las mismas que pueden ser compradas en su parte exterior, aunque los precios están ligeramente por encima de las florerías del Campeonato Metropolitano o San Miguel Arcangel"
