"Centrally located with lovely staff. Also well priced. Unfortunately the main issue was the room - ours smelt of mould and we needed to spend a good hour or two trying to ventilate it. Bathroom tile grout also needs a good clean as there were black stained areas. There were also gaps in the fly screen so we had to shut windows to stop mosquitos flying in at night. WiFi connection was also very patchy. Our room was located downstairs next to the common kitchenette so we were disturbed early in the morning with people using the kitchen. Rooms are also facing a central courtyard space and walkways so you don't really have privacy. I was only here for one night. I would not book here again."

"I accidentally booked the wrong La Casona. Don't make that mistake! I was brought to a room downstairs. Apparently, that's where all the hotel workers hang out. There was nonstop talking loudly all day and night. I couldn't believe how much they ran their mouth. The walls are paper thin and you hear every sound. One day there was loud power tools right outside the room. Other days just loud talking and urinating. A toilet must have been right next to my wall. No wifi in the room at all. Had to leave the room to connect. All night long there was a club next door playing loud, thumping music. Terrible place. No rest. Don't stay"
