What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Oniru Beach offers a vibrant and lively atmosphere, with popular beach clubs providing entertainment and amenities. Visitors appreciate the ability to bring their own food and the energetic vibe, especially during festive times. However, some reviews point to overcrowding, paid seating arrangements, and occasional cleanliness issues, which can detract from the experience.
"It was my first time there and I did enjoy myself but my experience wasn’t great.
The beach is crowded and there’s literally no place for you to chill at the shore except you are paying to sit down. That’s right, you have to pay to sit down and there’s no room for you to put your mat at the shore because the sitting arrangement is literally to the bank of the ocean. Asides that, you can’t even stand in peace because there are people riding horses by the shore so you constantly have to run to give them space.
The worst past is the horses poo. They poo right on the shore where people are trying to swim or just put their feet’s in the water. It’s dirty and disgusting. Nonetheless, I took cool pictures and had to find a way to have a great time but I doubt I’ll be visiting there again."

"This place is cool and usually very busy during the festive period.I was here on the 25th of December 2023,it was quite affordable but the beach wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. The people/staffs hired to keep this place clean and fresh cared so much about money that they forgot their job. The only thing I enjoyed about coming here is the all night bubbling, cruising and vibing plus I met a swt soul, aside that It's 3/5 for me and I don't think I'm going there again"

"A beach good for picnics, gatherings and other outdoor recreations. Tropical atmosphere which allows a wide range of varieties. Although a bit too commercialized and too many demarcations however I love the fact that you can come in with your own food which makes it easy to have the very best of enjoyment in your own fashion.
The experience was nice upon visitation."
