I booked this property using booking.com about 2 months before my trip only to receive a message from the manager 2 weeks before my scheduled trip that the reservations had been cancelled because the owner has rented the home for 6 months. Initially when I made the reservation I got a whatsapp call from the manager asking that a deposit had to be paid. I told the manager that on booking.com there was no mention of a deposit and that I would follow the instructions on Booking.com the person even requested that I pay with cash so they could avoid the fees imposed by the application. The owner is irresponsible and unprofessional. As an owner of many businesses, property’s and a world traveler i am surprised at the poor quality and decisions these people have made. After making an entire schedule around this booking for my sons first birthday I now have two weeks to re organize and plan everything. It sounds like the owners are scrapping for money. Unacceptable."
