"This has always been one of my favorite beaches to visit in the North Island. Although access can be a challenge for those of us with short legs or young children (as you have to climb down to it) it is worth is. Go for a snorkel and spot some rays or a leisurely swim, the water is never too strong, which is great for kids who ate slightly older and want to snorkel too."
