"Recently I had a heath scare and was in the middle of moving when it happened. I have spent many hours of my recovery at Memorial park utlising all that it has to offer. Its an amazing space in this town. I have started to get to know the council staff here too and the residents also (ducks). The vision for the park from the staff is amazing. But sadly its on a tight budget. Please council help making this even more possible. I was sad to here the nursery at fergusson street depot is no longer and plants are brought from local nurseries instead. I wish the budget was more for them to make this spare even more colourful and vibrant for the people of this city."
