It’s clear this place is well-loved by many, and for good reason. The setting is lovely, and the different pool options make it easy to find a favorite spot. A great way to spend a few hours soaking and relaxing."

"Best hot pools in New Zealand. Whole family had the best time, even while it was raining 🌧️
Great selection of hot pools. The hydro slides are awesome fun and super safe. The kids can’t wait to get back there and have it 100/100 for their review.
We will definitely be back 😍"

"Great day as always at the pools. Was quiet so had the pools pretty much to ourselves till lunch. Kids had a great time. So many pools to choose from with different temperatures to suit everyone. Facilities are wondering with showers and body wash/ shampoo on hand. Cafe had a great selection of food and coffee. Prices are a little high compared to other cafes but expected for a tourist destination. Had a great time. Will be back for sure soon."
