"We booked a tour of the Chelsea Bay Sugar factory. We were very fortunate to have Tony as our guide for the hour long tour. Having worked for the company for 52 years, we could not have had anyone more knowledgeable about the whole process. He had an easy manner, explained each stage in the process clearly and was very friendly. Once the tour was over, we visited the cafe and I enjoyed the chocolate lamington and my wife a cheese scone. She said it was one of the best she had tasted. I would certainly recommend the tour."

"Great place to spend a few hours with kids. The cafe is in a great location. it’s super crowded at busy hours like breakfast and brunch time on weekends; but it totally worth it. The activity center is free for kids play. Limited activities, but still good. They also have real baking activities for groups of children that is very fun for them."

"The baking classes are highly recommended, such a fun learning activity, and you are taught by a professional baker. I felt like I was on MasterChef. The Pavlova Roulade class was fab and have booked the Lamington course next."
