"Everything was great but on Saturday night of the solar Festival the power went out and everyone in the entire camp depended on it for their food and electric appliances. But when we called the reception, the man who answered said it's 2AM, just go to sleep!!! Unbelievable in a place like the Netherlands!!! Everyone started calling the reception but they did not even answer the phone. It was fixed in 3 hours but the attitude was unacceptable, uncivilized and rude."
