It was a really simple question but after almost 3 months, i never got a reaction (despite multiple phone calls where they say "it is in progress you get a reaction soon") and my deadline has passed to file an appeal.
Thanks municipality, for your worst customer experience ever. Unfortunately I cannot give -5 stars which are by far most appropriate."

The tower is the most famous part since it was used to play melodies with the bells through the century. Today, it still plays melodic tunes between 11:30 and 12:30"
