"It's a unique and impressive place to visit. After reading the book "Zwarte Sneeuw" (Black Snow) by Simone van der Vlugt, we really wanted to go.
They're only open on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and there are volunteers who are very happy to show you around and provide lots of information. Some of these volunteers have worked in the mine themselves.
You can't enter the mine, but I don't think that's possible anywhere else in the Netherlands."
