"In Hoorn, with the harbor in sight, we arrived at restaurant "de Hoofdtoren", despite the beautiful weather, we found a quiet spot inside. After looking at the menu, my choice for my dinner was "fish of the day". After my order I already received a small taste of bread with "Olive tapenade". The dinner was great. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful. Definitely a location I can recommend."
