"We stayed at house 262 on the water. It was beautiful. Every other house. Not on the water has zero privacy. You also have to pay extra for sheets and to have your bed made. They also ask you sweep up. Dont they have cleaners? The pool area was more dumpy and for a trailer park. The restaurant was beautiful. We also took the train so had to walk 20 min with bags from the office. They really need a much nicer check in Vs where it is now. For 300 euros the house in first row was nice. However you do get people walking 1 meter from your window which is weird. Houses are new and nice bit a/c doesn't cool."

"I booked an apartment and called to confirm whether it had a fence, as we planned to visit with our two dogs. I was told that I should cancel that booking and instead reserve the Elite 6 with the fenced option selected on the website.
I followed that advice, paid €200 more for the upgraded apartment, and ensured the fenced option was selected.
Today, my wife and parents-in-law arrived — it was a birthday gift — and the apartment does not have a fence.
I called the front desk, and the lady told me that the apartment wasn’t booked with a fence. I explained that I had specifically called after the second booking to confirm this, and paid more just for this feature. She simply told me they are fully booked, they won’t refund anything — and then hung up on me.

"Our accommodation was large, clean and felt new. We had a fantastic view out over the water which was a real highlight. Once the neighbours garden grows these views will be gone. The camp is functional and clean but there is nothing offered except a bread roll service. Dogs are welcome if you pay and the town is a nice walk away. There are lots (really loads) of flies so keep your mouth closed when doing sports. Evenings were windy which was great for flying kites.
