"I wrote review before about bike parking space (secure ones). I think it is getting worse. Since 2 weeks their PLC is not working fine with the entrance of the bike. People cannnot enter to take their bikes. Every time we have to call an agent to help and they are not always friendly and kept asking what colour is your bike and where it is parked. Fix your system instead of asking these questions. Also it makes me feel unsafe to park there."
