"Nice all-inclusive hotel to stay at for 2-3 nights, you can make use of all the amenities unlimited.
Usage of Spa is not included, you’d have to book the treatments separately.
The Asserbos park is nearby and walkable, but can also rent a bike from the hotel to explore the park further or to visit the city centre.
The room was ready and clean when we arrived, the housekeeping replaced used towels every day, changed and put a new mattress topper after every stay. Loved the hygienic standard!
The included all-you-can-eat buffet was great, lots and enough variety to choose from. The breakfast/lunch is always the same and the diner is slightly different every night, regardless you can also request special dietary changes.
The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and explained the rules/ information during the stay. The F&B staff were also friendly and fast working.

"2.5 stars at best — definitely not a 4-star experience.
We stayed here for a dance competition and were very disappointed. The rooms are basic (clean, but extremely simple), and the food is just okay. The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer service.
They change buffet hours whenever they feel like it, and the staff can be rude and unprofessional. After 9 PM, there is literally nothing to eat except fries. When we asked about bringing food from outside, they told us we could bring it, but we’d have to eat it in the lobby because it wasn’t purchased at the hotel — yet the hotel doesn’t offer any real options at that hour.
Overall, this place needs a serious lesson in how to treat paying customers. Definitely not worth the “4-star” label they advertise."
