What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the unique experience of creating custom chocolate bars and the vibrant, colorful atmosphere of the store. The staff are frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. While some find the options for custom bars slightly limited or the store smaller than expected, the overall consensus is that it's a delightful and delicious stop for any chocolate lover.
"Really disappointed they don’t have milk chocolate pretzels without caramel. They used to make a really good one. I try to make the customised ones but there is no pretzels in the flavour.
Be careful on using the paying machine on the first left side. Our card doesn’t worked, usually work fine if we put the card in, not tapping it.
The staff is really friendly, after telling them our card doesn’t work he said if i want to try again they can help and will let us cut in front so we doesn’t have to wait in line again."

"A gem in Amsterdam! A must visit if you are a chocolate lover!
We went in a weekday afternoon, had already a long line but only waited for about 20 minutes until we got in. A variety of chocolate and souvenirs to pick from. The staff was super kind and helpful. Created our own chocolates, which took about 2h30 to be done, but they send you a message when it’s ready and the pick up was really quick
I was expecting to see a bigger space and a coffee shop tho. But it’s cool to be able to watch the process of making the chocolates.
Still great experience and delicious chocolate for any taste!"

"Overrated outlet for Tonys really, the options to create your own bar are pretty limited! However the bars available if you’re British are great and likely not ones you’ve seen before including my personal favourite, Dark Milk!
Try to attend when the queues are almost non existent as it’s a lot nicer when you can move around and haven’t waited 40 minutes simply to have a quick browse in an over advertised chocolate shop."
