Regrettably, the overall ambiance is tarnished by the abundance of bars and taverns in the surrounding area.
On a positive note, during my visit to the cathedral, I had the chance to attend a medieval religious music recital. I'm unsure if these cultural activities are regular occurrences at the church, but it was a unique (and enjoyable) experience."

An added bonus is that it is on the Hof so there are markets and plenty of great cafes for a drink and something to eat... a personal favourite of mine is Curtis Cafe - superb cappuccino and seriously friendly staff."

It's empty during the pandemic but it will regain the business eventually.
It was fun during 2021 February snow as there was a real snow igloo. :-)"
