◉ Being situated at a high elevation, the tower is an ideal spot for capturing panoramic views. Accessing the tower can be a challenge because of the narrow roads leading up to it. Because these roads are shared by both vehicles and pedestrians, it can lead to congestion since they are not wide enough for two vehicles to pass simultaneously. To navigate through, temporary driveways must be created. The access roads are in poor condition; they are gravelly and bumpy because of lack of maintenance, negligence, and delays.

Clear days allow for far-reaching observations of Magnificent Mount Everest due to the tower's significant enhancement in visibility.
