"A presença de diversas lojas ao redor com construção desorganizada e presença de vendedores ambulantes, tem culminado com despejo de lixo e a deficiência na recolha por parte do Conselho municipal estragam a estética local. Também também tem outros factores que são: depois da caf ter desqualificado o estádio por ma conservação, não sabemos o porquê tiveram que construir lojas comerciais junto ao espaço pertencente ao estádio, e não meloraram o problema do esgoto ao redor nem a recolha de lixo. E só prometeram reabilitar o estádio dentro de dois anos, pra mim não faz sentido nehum."
