"I would have expected a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars to meet the most basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case at Belive Hotel Saïdia. The hygiene would need to be improved everywhere: the common areas were poorly maintained and the toilets in the evening would be in such a state that it felt unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming luxury.
The overall atmosphere would also feel misleading. Guests would be constantly approached by the animation team and encouraged to write positive reviews on TripAdvisor, which creates an artificial and dishonest image of the hotel. A five-star hotel should not have to rely on this kind of pressure; the service should speak for itself.
What made things worse was the staff’s behavior. Some would make racist and sexist remarks, something that should never happen in any professional setting. At the bar, I would overhear a barman saying that a guest should be given lots of ice in their vodka so it would mostly be water. Comments like this are both disrespectful and unprofessional, and they leave guests with the impression that staff simply do not care.
The staff in general would often seem demotivated, uninterested, and unwilling to provide even the minimum level of service. A hotel that claims to be of this category should inspire pride and professionalism in its employees, but here it felt quite the opposite.
Overall, what should have been a pleasant stay turned into a constant series of disappointments. Until management addresses these serious issues, changes its approach, and invests in proper training and supervision, this hotel would not deserve to call itself five stars and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a quality experience."

"Terrible hygiene and food poisoning - unsafe for families
My wife stayed at your hotel with my 2 years old son and it was a nightmare.
She got a food poison which caused her diarrhea voimiting and nausea, luckily my son is safe so far.
Flyies inside the room, pets control has to be monitored all the time.
Is not the 1st time the hotel has had this issue with the food poisoning.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to be family-friendly.
Parents, please be careful - I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. Hygiene and safety should be their top priority, but clearly, it isn't here.
