What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Rabat Ville Station is a key transport hub, praised for its historic architecture and punctual ATLAS trains. However, ongoing reconstruction causes disruptions, with mixed reviews on cleanliness and amenities like working escalators and lifts. Staff helpfulness varies, but the station's central location and proximity to attractions are definite advantages.
"A small station catering to many other destinations such as Fes. Currently, there is heavy construction going on and most of the station is closed. The crowds are low and the check-in is a breeze. Arriving just 15mins before the departure at the station is more than enough. Currently (at the time of writing), only 2 Platforms are functional. The First Class Trains (ATLAS) themselves are very neat clean and on time. They touch a maximum speed of 160kmph and maintain a speed around it throughout the journey."

"Nice train station in Rabat that is currently under going a lot of reconstruction. I love the look of the old terminal building. Great design and architecture. There are two main tracks at the station, so pretty easy to find the trains. There is a ticket office and the people working there were extremely friendly and helpful. A few places to get something to drink and eat in the building. A McDonalds is located across the street. Close walking distance. We enjoyed our visit to this train station in Rabat."
