Reviews Summary

The Moulay Abdellah Amghar Moussem is a significant cultural event, celebrated for its authentic Moroccan heritage, particularly the thrilling Tbourida horse shows. Visitors appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and the unique blend of religious devotion and folk art. However, recent years have seen concerns about organization and overcrowding, impacting the overall visitor experience. Reddit

"Experience innoubliable"

"Unfortunately, this season has lost its luster for several years. My mother used to talk about it with fondness and eagerly await it every year to camp with her family. Today, however, it has become a tainted festival in every sense of the word, despite bearing the name of a great figure and a righteous saint who memorized the Quran, Moulay Abdallah Amghar.
This festival is an opportunity for people from different regions of Morocco to come together to showcase the art of "Tbourida," which involves a troupe of horses and the simultaneous firing of gunpowder, adding a special beauty to the show. This is part of our authentic Moroccan folk heritage. However, in recent years, we have noticed that this festival no longer reflects this heritage as it once did. We regret the state of organization of this annual season.

The large crowds that flock from all over the Kingdom make the festival more crowded each year, affecting the overall experience. Therefore, I urge the organizers to take precautions against the risk of overcrowding, and I suggest that tickets be introduced for the parade, which would provide a better opportunity for all visitors and contribute to a better organization of the festival."
