We arrived an hour before our first treatment to enjoy the pools, one warm, one (outside) cool. Staff were on hand to guide us through the process, and around the complex (which was labyrinthian), with plenty of mint tea and bottles of water to keep us hydrated. We opted to take our treatments together in our private rooms. The ladies providing the treatments were very professional and skilled. The serenity massage was unforgettable and left us both unbelievably relaxed! A must of you have the time in Marrakech."
