The massage therapist was unprofessional, constantly stopping during the session to drink water. After that, she rushed through the massage, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Her hands barely touched me in a meaningful way, and she spent most of the time sitting on a chair, completely disengaged. I left feeling worse than when I arrived.
For a spa that markets itself as high-end, this was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially for the price they charge. Save your money and go elsewhere for a real luxury experience"
