The Clock Tower serves as a good meeting point for tourist group, friends and families who came to visit the city and decided to break up to wander on their own and then to meet again later.

The Clock Tower in the Armory Square is beautiful and well restored. Lots of activity in the Square with many choices for coffee and food.
We did not have time to go inside the tower but did enjoy looking at the outside."

It sits in the main square surrounded by touristy restaurants, so you'll probably pass by it anyway—but it's hardly worth going out of your way for. For something that’s supposed to be a highlight, it felt pretty underwhelming.
