"If you are planning to visit all the museums in Cetinje, buy the combo ticket. It will save you some money doing that. The Museum of King Nikola is a small-ish museum, but well preserved. The lady who works at the ticket counter was very helpful. They have a problem with the electricity on the day of our visit, and the toilet is closed.
They have an audio guide in several languages that you can download after buying the ticket. It gives you a good overview of what's being displayed and the history behind them.
If you are already making it to Cetinje, then absolutely pay a visit, if not. I think you are not missing too much. I will not go to Cetinje just to visit the museum, but since we are in the area we went, and we had a good time."
