"Excellent food! Tried their enchiladas suizas - and I was very impressed. Definitely a place to visit if you’re ever in the area looking for some delicious food. Service was excellent and the server was super nice! Would love to visit again!"

"La Parroquia de Veracruz next door is much better. Go there instead. Seems they'll all argue over what the "original" one is and who knows, but that's the best one in the city by far.
Gran Cafe's lechero was not hot enough and didn't have enough coffee. Food was tasty enough so by no means is it a terrible choice in that department, but the server actively tried to charge us more than the menu prices on almost every item we ordered and then stood by the table waiting for us to pay even after we asked for a minute, perhaps hoping we we'd feel rushed enough to not realize he overcharged us."
