"We had a wine tasting today. The experience was very underwhelming. While sparkling wine and white wine were good, the two red wines were too young to drink.
The tour guide kept talking about tannins that were non existent.
One thing that shock me was that he advices us not to have aged wine because young ones had more to offer. Obviously everything he talked to us was memorized. He had no idea.

I would strongly recommend that if you are in this area that you take time to go to the tasting tour and I would recommendseeing Alejandro if you are an English speaker. The wines are fantastic and when paired with his tasting menu are even better."

Reds are not good - extremely young and no body. Not worth the 30 min drive from San Miguel in my opinion."
