The entry fee structure, which includes a credit for food and drinks, is seen as a great value. However, some visitors have encountered issues with service, restroom access, and occasional water clarity problems.
"Laura insulted us with the middle finger because I decided to not let tips since she forgot us, didn't apologize and mistook our order. She was also very rude while we were ordering in the first place. Get this person out of service ASAP. I see there is a lot of comments about that person. How in the world manager doesn't react to this? It's unbelivable.
Food and drink were very good. The place is very nice except you know who."

"Amazing beach club! Amazing service. We were invited by a friend and didn’t want to leave. Will have to return and stay at the hotel as well. They are beach front and even have a large pool! The food we ordered was also amazing. Definitely recommend!"

"Definitely the best beach club here. The water in front of this beach club is clearer than further down the beach. You also have the cenote that you can snorkel out to.
You pay 250 pesos each for use of the lounger and umbrella, but then they give you a $200 credit towards food and drinks. So for two of you it really only cost you 100 pesos and then you have 400 pesos credit . The food here is good. The drinks are great and Stephanie is just amazing."
