"Had a wonderful vacation here for seven days it was very relaxing. The shower in the room was great. It was very spacious with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet on the secret side was delicious. They always had a really amazing fruit display. The papaya was my favorite. The crêpes were the best I had one every morning. Also would highly recommend the French restaurant the soufflé there was the best I ever had and they made an incredible beef Wellington. Really enjoyed the pools and the beach always had seating that was very comfortable. The spa was amazing would not pass that up if you are staying here. Would highly recommend for a very relaxing getaway. The service was great at all the restaurants and with our room they were very accommodating."

"During a zipline activity at Dreams Bahia Mita on May 26, 2025, our family experienced a serious safety failure. On the return portion of the course involving suspended bicycles, a staff member launched my husband without securing him to the zip line at all. This was only discovered moments into the ride and caused extreme distress, as the situation could have resulted in severe injury or worse.
Another staff member immediately recognized the seriousness of the incident, and management later reviewed video footage of what occurred and apologized. While the resort acknowledged the issue, this lapse in basic safety protocol was alarming. I hope the resort strengthens training and oversight to ensure guest safety is never compromised."

"The hotel is amazing in every aspect. There are 2 sides to the hotel, dreams and secrets, dreams for families with kids underage and secrets for childless couples/people.The food is delicious expect the breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel but for the price, it could be better. Stunning views, rooms, and service from EVERYONE in the vicinity of the hotel, they are there at your every needs and are kind and respectful at all moments; also very professional but sometimes have a small but good sense of humor that's respectful. The rooms are pretty and modern. The doors in the bathroom for the toilet and rainfall head shower are glass with a nonsee through white film but have no locks. The rooms do have a mini jacuzzi, a sofa couch, and complimentary snacks and drinks. The beach from the first time I came here 2 years ago has eroded a bit, more rocks, and you could walk across the whole beach that was connected to other hotels, but now the ocean is much closer and high tides don't help it, and here's also lots of seaweed. But still a great view and a relaxing sound from the waves. Overall a great experience, is recommendable to anyone no doubt."
