The water park at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun is a major hit, especially with families, offering a wide array of slides, pools, and indoor activities. Guests rave about the unlimited food and drinks and the dedicated kids' areas. However, some visitors have noted that certain attractions were not operational, and height restrictions on some slides were perceived as too high.
"The water park was absolutely incredible. We spent the entire day there and the kids had the time of their lives. They rode the slides over and over, floated down the lazy river, and had a blast in the small wave pool. The jungle safari area is amazing with plenty of slides and splash zones for the kids, and even the littlest guests have their own designated splash area where they can safely play.
Inside the water park there is a huge indoor playroom that features arcades, bumper cars, and a nine-hole mini golf course. We also enjoyed plenty of unlimited food and drinks which were amazing throughout the day which made it easy to keep everyone energized and happy. The staff at the water park was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Our kids could not get enough of the slides and water attractions. They literally went on them like a million times. It was so much fun to watch them laugh and play nonstop while we could relax and enjoy some poolside drinks. The combination of well-maintained attractions, delicious food, and attentive staff made it a perfect family day. Honestly, the water park alone is worth visiting The Grand Cancun and we cannot wait to go back and do it all again."
