It was clear that it’s been exposed to the elements for a while, and a fresh coat of paint would definitely bring back its original charm.
That said, the beachside location is still lovely, and there’s a relaxed, laid-back vibe to the area that makes it worth a visit. It’s great for a casual stroll, enjoying the sea breeze, and grabbing a bite at one of the nearby restaurants. With a bit of maintenance, the Malecon could easily go from good to great.
