While some find the pricing, particularly for food, to be a bit high, the overall experience and amenities are widely considered worth the cost for a memorable getaway. "Great experience! Best campground with so much fun to do with my family. There was so many staff with manners, polite, and helpful. Everything was really clean even the restrooms had a great scent. It felt like a luxury camp area. We stayed at the villa. Also safe overall our little girls were able to walk around alone which is something I never allow. If you are thinking about getting away with your family choose this place."

"This place is so much fun! It's super clean. There was someone cleaning the bathrooms every time I used it. There was staff everywhere. We only went there for the day on the side with the big pool with waves. There were benches available and a place to grill. We also went to the very top of the mountain where the Mexican flag is located. Awesome view! We plan to come to go back next year and do the ATV and the zip-lines. It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it if you only go once in awhile."

"The overall experience was really good. The campground is very well taken care of. They have lots of staff that are ready and willing to help you out. The public bathrooms and showers are clean and cleaned regularly. They continue to expand and add new amenities. They have a few stores on property that carry everything you need. They also have a restaurant on property. I would avoid it if possible. I thought it was really overpriced. We paid $1,560 mxn ($75usd) for 4 people for Breakfast. Other amenities include a small farm with several different animals on display. A lake that has paddle boats that you can use for free. Several swimming pools and playgrounds as well. Paid amenities include zip lining, 4 wheeler rentals, and horseback riding.
We stayed in a villa and really enjoyed it. It has amazing views and is a great way to enjoy the park and still have a comfy bed to sleep in at night.
No matter if you tent camp, rent a cabin Teepee or a villa. The campground has lots to offer and is a really fun experience."
