"Here are some details to consider if you happen to visit Ensenada Customs: space is limited and there's no dedicated parking. You're given 15 minutes on the street, if you can find a spot. The woman (in my case, the same one twice) who answers isn't exactly rude, but she could have been more attentive or helpful.
Oh, important! (I forgot to mention this): if you're sending a package via Estafeta, DHL, etc., outside of Baja California, you must go to this location. If it's within the state, no problem. But you do have to go to get the stamp applied. And you can send as long as what you're sending isn't disposable, like clothing.
So, now you know. I'll pass on the tip and hope it's useful."

"In my experience it was very fast, less than 5 minutes, I took two packages that I had to return, one from Shein and the other from H&M, it has a copy of my INE, a copy of the screenshot of the app where my payment method came and a copy of the return guide that must be pasted on the package, it only kept the one from the INE and the guide, you have to take the package open and cover it and the lady tells you when to close the packages in front of her and that's it, it was very fast so if it takes a long time to find parking at customs there is only for 3 cars so be patient and you will surely have to walk a few blocks."
