We did Package A, which included a fantastic guided tour through the winery. Our host, Guillermo, was outstanding—his deep knowledge of wine, the winemaking process, and the history of the vineyard made the experience truly memorable.
We got to see the wine barrels up close and learn about each step in the process, which gave us a deeper appreciation for what goes into every bottle. Guillermo also shared the story behind Barón Balché—including its name, inspired by a sacred Mayan drink and culture—which added a fascinating layer of meaning to the entire tasting.
The wines were excellent—rich, expressive, and clearly crafted with care.
