The children's splash pool where children were happily playing when I last visited here 5 years ago either wasn't running or has been removed when I just visited last Saturday. Too bad. When I visited before, this was a happy, vibrant place. Not so much this time. Maybe that was because a heavy rain storm as beginning to move in."
