"I stopped by to appreciate this structure up close. Met some people at the entrance of the jetty/bridge. According to them the STEEL structure has NO FUNCTION… i thought i was a light house!!! luckily i did not go near and around the “beautiful” metal waste… and look like there is staircase leading to the top…"
