We absolutely loved the beach; the water and weather were noticeably calmer than in other parts of Cancun, which made it perfect for relaxing.
The restaurant options were very good, and we especially enjoyed the International restaurant. My only suggestion would be to offer more vegetarian choices at breakfast, and it would be great to see some Halal options added in the future.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had a perfect view. The amenities were excellent, and room service was consistently reliable and efficient.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing experience at Grand Fiesta Americana Cancun. The service was outstanding, the location is perfect, and the resort has excellent access to a beautiful beach. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.
Housekeeping was excellent and done twice a day—once in the morning and again in the evening with turndown service, which was a very nice touch. The all-inclusive package is great value, especially considering the quality and variety of food and service.
The restaurants were fantastic. La Joya (Mexican restaurant) and the international buffet offered a wide range of options. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service from Honorio and Ernesto at the buffet. We have Jain dietary preferences, and they went above and beyond to ensure our food was taken care of every single day—whether it was Indian food, Thai food, breakfast options, or anything else. Everything was customized to our requirements and always served with a smile.
The La Joya restaurant manager and chef were equally exceptional and showed the same level of care and attention to our dietary needs.
If you enjoy Indian food or have specific dietary requirements, this is absolutely the resort you should choose. We felt genuinely cared for and well looked after.

"We had to unexpectedly stay here due to Live Aqua having issues at their hotel. We were a little hesitant to stay at Coral Beach but we ended up enjoying our stay. DIDIER in the pool area was AMAZING, he truly made our stay better. My husband and I told him our name once and the next day he remembered us with a smile on his face. His service was 10/10, gracias Didier.
