"My first time in Mexico, but definitely not my first time staying at an all-inclusive resort abroad. The first place we booked ended up being a total scam—thankfully we had the means and the guts to get out of that situation quickly.
Then we came across EMPORIO, (booking.com) and honestly, it felt like a blessing. They had a good offer, so we checked out the place, which was less than 20 minutes from where we were staying. From the moment we arrived, JESUS AQUINO at the front desk took care of us. He made everything smooth and helped erase all the stress we had from the previous hotel.
He even surprised my family the next day with a bottle of wine and chocolates for a birthday celebration—such a thoughtful touch!
Our room was cleaned daily, towels were always available without us having to ask, and the food… oh my gosh, the food and cocktails were so good I’m still craving them now. The service was amazing—everyone smiled, greeted us warmly, and you could feel the authenticity in every interaction, even from the security guard every time our Uber drove by.
I would definitely come back here. Highly recommended."

"Do not rely on the overall rating. Please remember that most of the negative reviews have been written recently
1. The hotel first assigned us a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, we unexpectedly encountered a couple inside, creating an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation.
2. The second room we received had very poor cleanliness. dead insect beside coffee pot, leaking sink, stained towels, dusty cattle, rusty mirror, not functioning AC and ref and no hot water for bath
3. Due to all of these issues, the hotel had to move us to a third room, but this room was actually a downgrade
4. We requested slippers more than five times, and the staff on the phone kept saying that they were on the way. However, when we spoke to the front desk in person, we were told that there were no slippers available
5. The elevator was out of service, and only one elevator was operating. All guests and housekeeping staff were forced to share that single elevator
6. Reception staff keep telling guests to “call if you need anything,” but not a single issue has ever been resolved through phone calls.
7. The hotel key cards frequently stop working.
8. Other guests have already mentioned this, but the hotel is currently under major construction and there was absolutely no prior notice about it.
Don’t waste your time for a cheap price and make a smarter choice.

"Good resort, clean rooms with great housekeeping. Buffet food could have better options. Be mindful when you have kids especially for later flights. Have pay extra after for food check out time at 12noon. Less staff who speak English and understand. could use more kid friendly food options and availability. Lots of walking due to stairs but ok for young adults and maybe kids who are not in strollers. Enjoyed the kids pool. Be mindful of the "All Inclusive option" and specific options available. Need ' to book Ala carte' options way in advance."
