"There are people who target tourists at this bus station. While you are waiting to retrieve your luggage from the bus, they go into your bags and steal. The staff didn't do anything to help and they were aware of what was happening. They will tell you there is nothing they can do. I don't recommend using this station especially if you are a foreigner. The ones in Merida and Playa del Carmen are not as bad as this one. The bus is a comfortable and affordable ride but just avoid this station."
