"Our excursion was booked for a Chichen Izta visit/tour that also took us to Selva Maya Cenote and Valladolid. We were booking a group of 30 individuals. We spoke to a few different persons at Sat via email and telephone whom were helpful and knowledgeable. They were also great with pricing and what they offered for a tour! When in Mexico our driver Orlando and tour guide Victor (aka Moto) were timely and extremely kind. Victor took time to greet each person and always made sure we were safe and accounted for. He was extremely knowledgeable and really funny! He kept the tour interesting and impactful. We were so impressed by how he handled a sudden illness in our group by acting quick on his feet. Everything the tour promised was delivered and was even better! We had early entry, all entrance fees and taxes included. Life jackets and lockers included at the cenote, along with lunch and a non-alcoholic drink. We also had a tequila tasting in the town of Valladolid and also water to keep us hydrated during the day. We are so thankful to Victor for exposing us to the Mayan culture, the history of Valladolid and the incredible beauty of Selva Maya Cenote! Straight 10’s across the board for this tour! It was a pleasure and we will definitely be recommending this company for future tours to our friends and family!"

He taught us so much about Mayan culture and Chichen Itza itself and kept us fully engaged throughout. It also felt like wherever we stopped, people stopped him and knew him by name. "booked the tour on viator to see the chichen itza . i should’ve booked when my date got closer because it was way cheaper. my tour guide was funny and told us about the history. he has humor. the only thing i didn’t like was the length of tour but it makes sense since its quite a drive from cancun. they arrived 10 min late picking me up as well but other than that it was good"
