The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I needed a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle, and this resort gave me exactly the peace and relaxation I was craving.
The service was top-notch, and the food… absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet at The Market was exceptional; fresh, delicious, and worth waking up early for.
The beach and swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for both relaxation and fun. And if you’re traveling with kids, this is the ideal family-friendly destination with plenty of activities to keep them happy.

"I communicated multiple times directly with the hotel that we were celebrating our honeymoon and no special accommodations were made. Positives: The overall stay was fine, spa was great and the overall facilities and room is nice. Everyone that works at the resort was extremely happy and such a pleasure to talk to. The sushi restaurant and Mexican restaurant were amazing and quality of food overall was one of the best I have had at a resort. Negatives: the beach was the worst one I have been to in Cancun. All restaurants required reservations, thankfully we made them, but it was very evident that many people were put in a situation with no where to go. We went to union steakhouse and had one of the worst experiences, after waiting 30 minutes for the steak it arrived completely raw, we were the only ones seated outside and it took a significant amount of time to see a server for assistance the entire meal. I tried to order breakfast room service our last morning and it said it was not available (it was prior to 11). Additionally, it was slightly cold and the pool was freezing. None of the hot tubs worked or heated by the adult pool. Overall I would not stay at this resort again, the staff were great and beside union, the quality of food was amazing but it was overly expensive for what we received in return."
