"Beautiful trail but very, very challenging terrain especially after rain - the trail is very steep, rocky and or muddy at certain areas. For one of the descends (leading to a crossing across the river) I'd even reccomend bringing a rope just in case. It drops down about 5 meters almost vertically with only minimal steps carved into the mud.
Nonetheless - the view is spectacular"
