Reviews Summary
ClassPass studios generally receive high praise for their welcoming atmosphere, skilled and patient instructors, and effective classes, particularly reformer Pilates. Users appreciate the small class sizes that allow for personalized attention. Minor drawbacks include the potential for restrooms to be located outside the studio and the need to book popular classes well in advance.
"Booked a class via ClassPass for the 6pm session and had such a good experience. Parking was easy and affordable (only RM2), and the studio itself is easy to find. The group studio space feels comfortable and not cramped, which makes the class even more enjoyable. Just to note, the toilet isn’t inside the studio. You’ll need to use the one located below. However, there's changing room at the studio.
I attended a class with Nik C and really enjoyed it. The instructor is very encouraging and patient, guiding us step by step, which is perfect for beginners like me. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the session. Overall, it’s a great place to start or continue your pilates journey, and I definitely look forward to coming back again!"

"Been taking private classes with Alicia at SoPilates Studio and she’s amazing! Super detailed in her teaching. She helps me break down every part of the body, train different muscles, and correct the ones I usually overuse. The difference is huge compared to group classes at other studios — same movements, but the feeling is totally different!
I’ve learned proper muscle engagement, improved my posture, and feel so much more balanced and in control of my body. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to build strength, alignment, and real body awareness! 💪✨"

"I had my very first Pilates session here with Agnes as our instructor. I chose a 6 PM class on a Wednesday, and it was conveniently located near my house. The location is great, with plenty of parking available for just RM2. The session I chose was called So Fresh Reformer Pilates and was designed for beginners. Agnes introduced the Reformer equipment, and it was easy to follow her guidance and instructions. The steps were perfect for beginners—just be prepared for your legs to burn! I could still feel the soreness the next day. I recommend this place to anyone looking to join a small group Pilates session and learn the basic movements. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!"
